In order to prolong the service life of the cleaner and therefore allow more people to use it, we ask it only be used on light to medium soiled domestic carpets and floors.

Please remember to clean the item before you return it. Remove debris, hairs, clean and rinse the tanks.

Please clean after use. Allow the tanks to air dry. A £5 cleaning fee may be applied if the item is dirty.
