This machine has a 10 inch(250mm) dig width . IT is essentially a seed bed preparation tool not suitable for deep digging or breaking new ground. It would also be useful for hoeing between plants where deep working is not required.

It has a 6 meter power cord so you may well need an extension lead. It is an 800 watt (1HP) machine so any extension will need to be fused at at least 5 amps and should be 3 core(with earth).
The handle can be folded for easy transport.
